We add electric equipment on the flour stone milling machine on the basis of the traditional stone,its rotating speed is 30rpm/min, low grinding speed, low temperature processing every minute, does not destroy nutrients . it keep flour’s protein, gluten, carotene, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, vitamin B1, B2 and other nutrients at maximum degree. It's low speed grinding characteristics can maintain the molecular structure of flour without adding any additives. In the  noodle cooking time, the soup colour is pale yellow . And other flour soup which contain additives is white colour
